Installation Instructions:
-------------------------
Install the PP2 and its thumbnails (.rsr for Poser, .png for Poser Pro Pack) anywhere in Poser's Runtime\Libraries\Props folders.

Install the JPEGs somewhere in the Textures folders. Poser should be able to find it on its own.

Operating Instructions:
----------------------
The Viking helm is a smart prop designed for use with the Poser 4 Male figure, although it may be reparented and refitted for other figures. Some scaling and trans adjustment might be required for individual characters. A number of morphs are included: dents, spikes, flap length, flap bend, etc.

A temporary reflection map is included in JPEG format. This can be replaced with a map that better suits your scene.

A bump map has been included in JPEG format. Due to certain quirks in the way that Poser 4 and Pro Pack each handle materials, it is not applied automatically when you load the prop from the Library. Pro Pack users can apply it manually; Poser 4 users must let Poser convert it to .bum format first.

Notes:
-----
The helm has been UV-mapped and will accept textures. However, it has not been UV-mapped well. I've provided UV-templates in GIF format for some of the parts, should you wish to create your own textures, but if you feel like remapping the item, I certainly wouldn't blame you.

Each part does have its own material zone, so if you want a bit of variety, you can make sections of the helmet invisible by setting the transparency values to maximum. In this way, you can hide the flaps, or spectacles, or the bands and bolts, etc.

Legal Mumbo-Jumbo:
-----------------
Feel free to use this prop for any purpose, personal or commercial. Do not redistribute without permission.

Horns and beard sold separately.
